Read the title of the ticket first ! You will see that the placeholder from the product is not showing correclty. We can also see it from your own video. Please investigate.

And no, the product does not open correctly. The gallery is not showing correctly.

Could you please check how it works with standard WordPress theme? If the problem only with our theme, please, send us your FTP access so we can check what is wrong.

If I change my current theme to another standard theme, will my parameters be back exactly as they are when I activate it back?

The only problem may occur when you switch between themes in Appearance -> Themes is that widgets may lose their positions. It is a WordPress behavior and we are not able to fix this in our theme scope. You need to go to Appearance -> Widgets and move all widgets to appropriate positions.
As a workaround, you can backup your widgets configurations using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/

Accesses in private

If it doesn’t work with other themes as well then it is not our theme bug. Most likely it is caused by some of the installed plugins. Or images just missed from the library. Try to reupload them.

It was not due to any extra extension. I had to delete and re-upload the pictures. Don’t know why… Issue closed
