Currency is the Woocommerce functionality, and WoodMart does not provide any option to change currency somehow. You will need to search for a plugin for this purpose.

We have not met or tested any to recommend.

the multi currency change category prices automatically to local currency

but the cart popup is only in site currency

only after i go to homepage cart is being currency updated but not automatically

which cart is theme using and how can this be fixed?

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

I expected a currency switcher plugin, and I do not see any in your site. You can try this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/

I cannot guarantee it would detect the currency by IP, and no WordPress theme can ensure that as it is the separate functionality that does not relate to the theme.
