“Please choose product options by visiting” On ajax shop and infinite scroll

Hello, I opened 2 tickets before but somehow they’re not visible even for me.

I’m having a problem with product variations. “Please choose product options by visiting” This error appears when I scroll down and the – infinite load – loads new products. Also, if I click on any filter and it reloads the products.

I have the Ajax shop enabled and infinite load enabled on this staging where you can see the error:

On my prod site, I have Ajax shop disabled and Regular pagination, and It’s working fine:

Before adding to the cart, my site asks for an address:
Set “Constancia 12, sevilla” to see the “express” variation
OR
Set “Constancia 40, Madrid” to see the “standard” variation.

I apologize for the delay.

The product in its settings is defined as a variable, at the same time, you have hidden variations through the custom CSS: https://prnt.sc/r6dCwippguYM so it says “Set “Constancia 12, sevilla” to see the “express” variation” or such message: https://prnt.sc/mvpTlUMEMjGK. In this case, you can make your product as simple and such messages will be hidden. https://prnt.sc/yEwHyHrWPf0z

Also, after enabling the parent theme and disabling 3rd party plugins, we can see that the “error of warning” alert is gone and the button redirects to the product page: https://gyazo.com/4c0cf7a26c93e21890ee579944b3e57f , in which the variations should be selected (but they are hidden).

Hello! Yes, almost all of my products are going to be variable, because It will work as a franchise, now I have 2 variations, but we’ll add another as new locations are going to sell the same products. If I set the products as simple, I should duplicate and it won’t work as expected.

Every time I enter an address, the products are loaded like simple products, standard or express, not as a variation with the possibility to choose. Right now with the regular pagination, It’s working very well and the message is not appearing.

There’s something with the ajax (filter and infinite pagination), I was working with another template with ajax and infinite load and it worked. Any clue? Maybe I can solve it but I don’t know where to start.

It looks like our Ajax functionality for infinite scrolling is not compatible with the 3rd party plugin that you use. So in this case, I suggest using the pagination either disable that 3rd party plugin.

I guess I’ll continue with the regular pagination then, since It’s not a 3rd party plugin, It’s custom code for new funcionality I need, but thanks anyway! 😀
