Please help checkout page error says no available payment options

Hi there,

I recently purchased your theme and have installed the demo. I’m currently in the process of building out the site and have added the API info and setup PayPal express checkout in WooCommerce. However, on the checkout page itself I’m getting the following error message:

“Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

I need it so that if people click “Place Order” on the checkout page it takes them to PayPal checkout. Please help, how do I fix this?
