Please, I am desperately asking for your help. I am extremely worried and honestly feel like crying because of this situation.
I worked very hard and struggled financially to save enough money to purchase the WoodMart theme from the official Envato Market (ThemeForest). This purchase means a lot to me, and I was so happy when I finally managed to buy it.
But now, I cannot even activate the theme I paid for.
Every time I enter my official purchase code in WordPress, I receive this error:
**”The purchase code is invalid.”**
I have carefully checked my purchase code, and I am absolutely certain it is correct. I copied it directly from my official Envato License Certificate.
Even worse, when I try to create an account on XTemos using this same purchase code, it is also rejected. This means I cannot activate my theme, and I cannot even create a support account to ask for help.
I feel completely helpless. I have spent my hard-earned money on this theme, and now I am scared that I might lose my money without ever being able to use what I purchased.
I am writing this message through another XTemos account because my new purchase code does not allow me to register an account.
I also found a previous support discussion where another customer experienced a similar issue, and XTemos confirmed that it was caused by a problem with the license validation API server. Please, could you check whether something similar is happening again?
I am not asking for anything extra. I simply want to activate the theme that I legitimately purchased.
Please, I am begging you to help me. I am genuinely distressed, worried, and overwhelmed by this situation. I do not know what else to do.
I can provide my official Envato License Certificate and purchase code through a secure communication channel if necessary.
Please do not leave me without a solution. I really need your help.
