Dear team,

Please! Help me fix my site. I can’t change the image/ text or update anything on layout with Elemetor builder .

After update , always show “500 internal server error”

1. I removed file .htaccess —> Re- created this file again , –> DON’T Solve problem
2. Disable all plugins and enable all again —-> DON’T Solve problem
3. Re-installed all plugins, , setup new WordPress code again —-> DON’T Solve problem
4. Change to new server —-> DON’T Solve problem

Opps! my god! Stupid code! WHY ??? Meanwhile, all sites running simultaneously on the server work normally, without errors…

Please help me fix !

So I tried to regenerate all Elementor’s CSS files and clear the cache in Elementor – Tools. Please check how it works on your website.

I need your help with a persistent caching issue on my site. I’m finding that after I make any updates to the content, layout, or design—including new pages or products—the old version is still visible. I have to reload the page twice to see the changes.

Could you please provide me with clear instructions on how to clear both the Elementor CSS files and the cache within Elementor? I’ve checked my site, and the layout isn’t broken, so I don’t think it’s related to the slider issue you mentioned earlier.

Yes, this issue is not related to the number of items in the carousel. It was caused by broken CSS files that needed to be regenerated.

As for the cache, could you please clarify how to reproduce this? As for now, we don’t see any cache plugins on your website. And when we save the page with Elementor, we see the changes immediately.

I tried this guide: https://elementor.com/help/regenerate-css-data/, It’s back. (Delete outdated CSS files and cached data in the database (rendered HTML, JS/CSS assets, etc.). We will regenerate those files the next time someone visits any page on your site.

But, how to disable this option, because this function is causing too much trouble for us, and it is really a serious problem to user experience, causing broken layout errors as you saw.

It is a core Elementor’s functionality that can’t be disabled.
