If you set the search into the mobile menu you should set search form not icon. Search in mobile is available in search form only.

I see the text no visible on mobile, specify how do you want to customize that: changing the color would not solve the problem, the text would not be seen on dark background.

You can choose and set the design of product item on hover in the Theme Settings > Shop > Product Styles.

There is no option to insert embed search. You can enable search in the Mobile menu element of the Header Builder https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/add-edit-builder-elements/ and https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/header-responsive-settings/
