Please provide me with a cache exclusion list for the mini shopping cart

    Hello Dear friend,

    Please provide me with a cache exclusion list for the shopping cart, checkout page, and my account page, especially for the mini cart that automatically pops up on the right after clicking “Add to Cart.
    ” I am facing the following issue: “Some users, after adding items to the cart, occasionally see ‘No products in the cart’ in the PC browser mini cart. They need to add items again or refresh the page. On mobile browsers, the situation is even worse. It shows 1 item, but the cart’s content only appears after refreshing the page. Additionally, if items are added again and the page is refreshed, the icon shows 4 items, but checking the cart reveals only 3 items.”

    I have taken the following steps:
    1. The “Autoptimize” plugin I configured does not have delayed loading JS exception options. So at this step, I just attempted to exclude optimizing cartWidget. However, after testing, the mini cart did not pop up, I decided not to exclude cartWidget optimization.
    2. I have already bypassed the cache for the shopping cart and checkout pages in both Cloudflare cache and fastcgi_cache.

    Update follow-up: After disabling the ‘Autoptimize’ plugin, the mini shopping cart pops up normally on both PC and mobile browsers. Is there anything specific I can do? Can we optimize excluding ‘clickOnScrollButton’ and ‘cart-fragments’? Are these two related to the mini shopping cart? Also, as mentioned earlier, if ‘cartWidget’ is excluded, the mini shopping cart does not pop up.

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    Hello, I have tested it, and it is due to the ‘Autoptimize’ plugin optimizing JS merging. Could you provide a more specific Ajax popup mini cart JS file for me to exclude?

    Hello, I tried it, and logging in twice in a row works. Now that I have turned off Cloudflare to bypass the /my-account/ cache, it is possible to log in normally in one attempt. Please try logging in again, starting from the website login. The URL provided in the last response was for the backend.

    We switched to the parent theme in Appearance -> Themes. Try to switch back to the child theme and test how it works.

    Sure, you can log in and switch to the child theme. Note that if it doesn’t work with the child theme then you have some custom code there that causes this issue.
