Recently customers started getting this message – Please select some product options before adding this product to your cart. I’ve checked all plugins and it seems there’s a conflict with Woodmart theme, by any chance you have a solution for this?

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

If you add more than one attribute to the variable product, and both are used in variation, for example, color and size, you need to select both to add to the cart. Red S size may be available and Red M size may be out of stock, Woocommerce should know which one buyer selects to add it to the cart.

Yes, but this is not the case, I have only one product variation (size only) and if you select the size customers keep getting this error, is there a solution for this? It wasn’t like this a week or two ago.

If you use more than one attribute in the variation, for example, both color and size, the buyer should select both. Tis is the way Woocommerce work and we cannot change that.

Please find the image attached, it was used with Internet Explorer browser. Also, this happens on Chrome browser. There are only 1 variation attribute (size).

Also, please note that previously there was no such error, only started like 2-3 weeks ago from now on. I haven’t added any additional attributes to the products, and this happens to all of the variable products.

Please can you stop this, I’m not … , I know this, I am telling you that products can’t be added to cart, using some browsers. Open Internet Browser/Mozilla Firefox/Opera/Microsoft Edge/Mobile browsers and try it yourself instead of using Chrome and adding products to the cart… Products that are IN STOCK and have only ONE Attribute can’t be added to cart, please can you check instead of replying to this nonsense, thank you!

I’ve fixed it myself, it seems that there’s some conflict with your theme and plugin – Payments plugins for stripe WooCommerce by [email protected], I’ve rollback this plugin version to older one (3.3.13) and it seems working fine. However, I would suggest to take a look why it has some conflicts with the theme for the never version (3.3.16) as this payment plugin for Stripe is the most popular in WooCommerce.
