I saw the screenshots you attached.

It seems that the settings are not saving correctly. Please make sure that you have set both the addresses the same from Settings >> General.

Then clear the cache and check back. If the problem continues then deactivate all the third-party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
