plugin installed, your theme not working

i installed the following plugin:

Then website not working, it show me error. How to resolve ?

Seriously i don t know the plugin not related to theme.

Can you do it yourself and try it, please. I gave you admin access.
Kindly help me, i need that plugin to calculate shipping by distance. Otherwise i don t have any other free plugin.

As we can see from your screenshot, this plugin throws a Fatal PHP error. It is not our theme issue and this plugin is simply broken. You need to contact plugin’s developers for help resolving this problem.
