Plugin not working because of the theme

Hello, I am experiencing problems with the Cost Calculator plugin from StyleMix. The issue is that the calculator does not show up on the product page. It should work with every theme but it just doesn’t with woodmart. I contacted their support and they’ve told me that I did everything correctly and it’s a theme related issue. Please help.

Hello,
Try to disable the custom layout for the single product and see if it works. You can do this in Dashboard > Layouts.
