Good morning, I have been trying to update the plugins for slider revolution and WPBakery Page Builder. I cannot update it on my site as it says I need to buy it. I was just wondering if it could be possible to update it.

Please make the full backup of your site, and delete the current version of the plugins, then navigate to Appearance > Install plugins > install and activate these plugins, if you have any problems, please provide your site admin access to the private area.
