Plugin “WoodMart Core” causing RAM memory overflow.

    Please help me check if the plugin is experiencing a memory leak issue, causing the website to display a 503 error. Below are images of the plugin both deactivated and activated “Woodmart Core”.
    1. In case this plugin is not activated, does the theme still function stably?
    2. If it is necessary to activate this plugin, please provide me with a solution.

    I have activated the Woodmart core and only theme required plugins and deactivated all the 3rd party plugins on the site now there is no issue on the site and server.

    Please check it now the server load or site speed.

    It’s really heavy, and it’s consuming a lot of CPU. My website cannot function smoothly until the Woodmart Core plugin is activated. I have sent the hosting administration login information. I hope you can check it for me.. Thanks.

    Hello,

    We tried to disable the WoodMart core plugin and switch to the default theme and the memory is still used for 100%. We waited for 5 minutes and nothing changed. It means that the problem is not caused by our theme or core plugin.

    Yes, we tested this already for 5 minutes without WoodMart core.
    It looks like you are checking the statistics without even opening your website. Of course, it is not possible to have 0 processes and 0 CPU loading. It means that at that time your website didn’t handle any requests from users at all.

    I have resolved this issue, the problem was in the empty template, which caused the website to continuously load and resulted in high RAM and CPU usage on the hosting. Thank you.
