Plugins Install Issues

    Hey guys,

    My name is Arthur and I’m with some difficult to install the required and recommended plugins. I installed Basel theme succesfully and everything is working fine, but when i install the plugins (succesfully too), 2 minutes later my website brakes and doesn’t work anymore.

    The website is hosted in a AWS Linux ec2 instance and now is only with Basel theme installed.

    Please, can you help me?

    Hey, tks for the quickly answer!

    it was working fine because I reinstalled wordpress and Basel theme in a new instance, without installing plugins.

    I did it right now, and the website stopped. Can you visit the website again?

    yeah, that is the problem. If i install only basel theme, all works fine. but if i install the required plugins, the website stop. I think the issue is because one of the plugins. what can i do? Can i leave the plugins uninstalled so you can visit and test the plugins install for me?

    ok. I installed wordpress 4.7.5 in a new ec2 linux instance, without install plugins. it is working fine.

    But i need help with ftp. How can i open only ftp access in linux?

    Sorry, but we can’t help you with FTP configuration since it depends on your server.

    actually, i dont know! i thought that i am configuring something wrong, so i made a copy of my another instance that works fine, and problem solved!
