Plugins install problem

Hi,
I just installed the main theme and child theme, and after trying to install the plugins I got this error message for 6 plugins:

Downloading installation package from https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/redux-framework.3.6.15.zip…

Unpacking the package…

Could not copy file. redux-framework/ReduxCore/inc/fields/color_gradient/field_color_gradient.js

Please help me fix this issue and start to enjoy the theme, thank you.

Thank you so much for contacting our support center.

This error usually appears when you have some problems on your server side or plugin is already installed. We suggest you to remove and reinstall the plugins from scratch. If it will not help, you need to contact your host for help.

Hey thanks for the response.
This is the first time I have tried to install the plugins and only 3 have been successfully installed, the rest of the plugins will receive an error message.
I contacted the host and he says this is the first time he has encountered it.

What could be the problem he needed to fix from his side?
