Point Relais SENDCLOUD dans le panier

Bonjour,

La carte des points relais ne s’affiche pas dans le panier avec SENDCLOUD …
J’ai tout essayé rien ne fonctionne …
lorsque l’on sélectionne la méthode de livraison la carte ne s’affiche pas

ATTENTION : Ne rien supprimer sans me demander avant. (On avait déjà eu un problème avec une personne du support XTEMOS qui sans faire exprès avait supprimé mes blocks HTML donc surtout vous ne supprimez rien et vous me demander si vous avez une question).

Il n’y a pas de restauration possible en cas d’erreur car nous travaillons sur le site quotidiennement.

Also, SendCloud dynamic checkout is the functionality of a custom plugin and WoodMart does have a special “Hook” element in Elementor that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But we don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.

Hello, what solution can you offer me? Sendcloud said that everything is OK on their side and also on my website. For my part, I deactivated the Woodmart layout… It doesn’t work. Sendcloud is connected (I’m using for other parcel type)

Did you try WoodMart Special ‘Hook’ element / widget? WoodMart does have a special “Hook” element in Elementor that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But we don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.

If extra plugins related to WooCommerce doesn’t work with WoodMart, the only options to go with is use WoodMart WooCommerce builder combine with Hook widget.

Yes the problem is from Woodmart, I checked all Hooks an they don’t work …
I know that on your forum a lot of person find the solution.

Yes I changed the role because yesterday someone from XTEMOS connect on the admin 2 times, but nobody come back me ….

Now it’s OK i Give you again admin acces, but please, check today and come back me

I created Custom Cart layout and tested with Hook widget but it still doesn’t work.

I kindly recommend you reach out to author plugin to find out which hook to use to show it correctly.

It’s very strange because they developed their plugin.

So, you need to try each hook to see if it works, if it still doesn’t work then unfortunately that WoodMart theme doesn’t compatible with the plugin.
