Points system plugin conflict

Hello! Another issue i am encountering is that i am trying to add a points system to our website and there seems to be a conflict between the theme and the points plugin (myCred) the discount that is supposed to be added to the client’s account isn’t being added for some reason.

Sorry, but we asked to record a video of how it works with the default theme. We need to see that this issue doesn’t happen with other themes and then check it on your website.
Also, it is not clear what exactly wrong from the video.
