Polylang for header builder

Hello,

I’m currently using Polylang instead of WPML due to major performance issues encountered with WPML on large product catalogs.

I followed the instructions from this link to translate the header builder:

The French header displays correctly, but the English version does not show any menu at all (see screenshots)

Please note that switching back to WPML is not an option, as it caused severe slowdowns on my site.

Could you please assist me with this issue?

To assist you in the best possible manner, I kindly ask that you provide me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) to Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns in a more efficient.

1. Duplicate your header for each language you need: https://prnt.sc/xBYsQNbc6Lo2
2. Modify the copies according to the language you would like to assign.
3. While modifying the header, copy the header number in the URL. It looks like this: “header_992211”: https://take.ms/4v3q1n
3. Go to Polylang Languages -> Translations
4. Search for the string Named “header”: https://take.ms/22UKY
5. Put the header number in the field of the language desired.

What you wrote is basically the same tutorial, which was already not working from me.
