POP OUT BANNER – STYLING ICON CHANGE

    I’m having a problem working on the Woodmart theme in mobile responsive. When I turn on the promo popup in the Woodmart theme then in Mobile Responsive, the icon on the top right side of Woodmart is not working. But the icon is working properly when the promo popup turns it off.

    Could you please anyone help me with how can I solve this problem?

    I am expecting your cooperation as to why this problem is occurring.

    Hello,

    Please provide your site admin access to the private area.

    Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

    Hello,

    I do not see the problem you show on the screen, however, I see that some of the elements are not shown in the header and it does not depend on the popup.

    Please clarify the problem and provide the steps on how to reproduce it.

    Hello,

    The problem has been caused by the site cache, please deactivate all the cache on the site and deactivate the server cache if any, and check the problem.
