Pop up are not visible

I’m working on local. I set up the age verification pop up and cookies but no one is visible when I refresh the page, even with cache reset

Please check the sit in another browser. Try to remove site cookies and check again. These popups up appears at the first visit and then periodically when the cookies have been removed.
