POP UP PROMO KEEPS APPEARING

    Pop up PROMO keeps appearing even tough i disabled it.
    How can i fix it?
    I tried clearing cache but still not working and the banner keeps appearing.

    – Temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) to Private Content area.
