"Pop Up" show EMPTY content

Hi Team<

I try to use the “Pop Up” module to show an enquiry form, but have no idea how to do it.

When click on the CTA button, just show empty.

I want to achieve the same thing like your demo page:
https://demo.xtemos.com/basel/button-with-popup/ (Pop up with Contact Form).
But this demo page is not in my theme, that’s why I have no idea how to achieve this.
