I wanted to create a popup video using the button with popup. I tried adding the video in an HTML Block then paste the id in the button. I also tried adding the whole shortcode but I can’t seem to make it work. It’s either i’m doing it wrong or there is an error. I also tried adding the youtube link and ID but still doesn’t work. Where do you want the button, calling the popup to be placed? If you mean popup button in any place of the page, you just add a Popup element, configure the button, and insert the video element insider the popup.
If you want to insert in the header/footer or sidebar, create an HTML block. do all as described above and insert HTML block by means of the widget or shortcode.

Hi Elise, please see the details in the private content. What I did to solve the issue is replaced the logo in the theme images folder. But if the theme options would work it would be best.
I keep getting logged out of xtremos and it won’t let me create a new post or my own ticket! Can you please advise how to create my own ticket? I am logged in but whenever I go to the main page for Basel it logs me out again!
