Popup & Alignment

Hi,

1. How/where do I edit the Subscribe popup?
2. As attached, on the homepage – how do I make everything alignment (same size) and not large, big, etc etc)

I saw the screenshot you attached.

1) If you want to edit the content inside the promo popup then you need to edit the HTML block used in the promo pop text.
