Popup does not work

Hi, I created an HTML block to use as a popup promo, I set the settings from theme settings, I activated it, but it doesn’t appear on any page of my site.
I tried to disable the all the other plugins but it still doesn’t work.

There’s a warning in the site console:
promoPopup.min.js?ver=7.5.1:1 Uncaught
TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘open’)
at e (promoPopup.min.js?ver=7.5.1:1:439)
at promoPopup.min.js?ver=7.5.1:1:1462″

Can you help me to fix it?

If you check the console, there is a swiper error too. Due this error I had to disable the slides and I had to use Slider revolution. Tell me if you can fix it too, thanks.
