popup doesn't launch on click (on mobile and tablette)

Hi
I use woodmart theme with elementor pro
i created a button that triggers a popup on click
it works fine on desktop but i noticed that it doesn’t launch on mobile and tablette.

when i troubleshout
it works when i change the theme to hello or twenty-twenty

Any help please
