Hello.
If I want to add one of templates in HTML Block (for examle, template “Newsletter + social icons”) to Popup Element) how can I do this?
HTML Blocks- Add new – Popup element. Than when I choose template he opens in a new row but not near popup element.
And what width do I need to choose for this template in popup element settings?

Please go to HTML Block >> Add new Block >> then create the block by using the WPBakery elements on the page then save it.

After that copy the shortcode of that block and paste it to the Theme Settings >> Shop >> Promo Banner >> Add the shortcode in the Promo popup text field. http://prnt.sc/sqjawf

Also you can set the width and time of the popup as well.

Promo popup I used for letter. As I understood I can use Promo popup only one time. Now I want to use button with popup element in html block. And I want to use template in this popup. How to do this?

Hello,

You can only use the WPBakery Elements inside the popup or add newsletter shortcodes with social icons. Then Edit the Popup settings >> General Tab >> Change the Width of the Popup. Please see the screenshot: http://prnt.sc/sqlpen

If still you are not able to do that then please send me the WP admin login details of your site and page URL where you have added the HTML block inside the Popup or Pop Up button so I will check and do it for you.

How can I add template “Newsletter + social icons” inside the popup element?

Hello,

To add newsletter and social icons in the popup you can use the Wp-Bakery Elements to display them.

To display the newsletter you need to use the text block of the Wp-Bakery and add the shortcode
of your newsletter as in the screenshot.

And for the social icons you can use the social icons element.

I saw the screenshot you attached. To remove the white frame around it, You can set the width of the popup element from the Edit Popup element.

Height of the popup depends on the elements inside it. Please provide the URL of the website where you added the popup to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
