Popup element triggered when clicking text link?

I am wondering if it is possible to trigger a popup when clicking on a text link in the site (if I knew the links css selector or something like that)?

Hello,

Inserting class woodmart-open-newsletter would assign the text link to the theme popup https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/promotional-pop-ups/ and it would call the popup on clicking.
