Popup form

I used the template from the demohttps://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-books/demo/books/
In the menu there is a pop up contact form.
I made the contact form with gravity forms and the captcha box does not work properly.
The support team from gravity forms claims it is because there is duplicated form IDs on the same page that will create invalid HTML.
And I looked and it is true, the contact form from pop up is displayed twice:

Can you understand why this happens?

You have two menu dropdowns with the same form on your page: one in the desktop header and another one in the mobile header row. You need to create two separate forms if you want to have different IDs there.
