    Hellow, I want to show my popup before clients entering to my web site, but I do not know where i entered the Html Block to appears at the moment someone go inside the site

    Hello,

    Then you need to use the shortcode of the HTML block inside the promo popup text under Theme Settings >> General >> Promo Popup.
