Popup in html blocks not working as expected

Hello i have a big issue with popup in html blocks. I’m using a custom footer and after clicking the popup button all the above content is moving to right.

I gave you the visual composer code, if i put in a blank page everything works fine but will influence the footer.
Maybe there is a fix for this, or maybe you can give a solution to put the text you saw above copyright content, just near last instagram tab.

Try to reduce the negative margin of your prefooter last row (http://prntscr.com/l4vnel), so that its container does not overlap the footer content. For example try margin-bottom: -40px;

Thank you very much, I’ve tried to reduce the white space between row because is too big. Haven’t realize that was because of it.
