Popup settings missing on my website

Hello

As per your Popup documentation, when editing popup with Gutenberg, there should be a “gear” icon in top right corner for popup settings. This icon is missing on our website, so we can’t manage popup settings – see attached screenshot.

I checked Preferences > Interface in Gutenberg if the option if maybe turned off, but there is no Settings option to turn it on.

Yeah, sorry, I forgot that my web hosting is by default limited to only specific countries.

Is your IP (as seen on screenshot) static? If yes, I can add it to whitelist.

Yes, you can whitelist the IP you see in the screenshot.
