Popup with simple text

Hello friends! All right?
I apologize for opening this topic, but I would like to know how to create a second tab with custom structuring as in the image. In my case, I can only do this on the parent tab, so to speak. I need to create a popup with plain text similar to the example you have on https://woodmart.xtemos.com/button-with-popup/

Hi,

When you add a popup element with WPBakery you get an area to which you are allowed to add an inner row element. So just click on “plus” button and insert a row inside the popup. Then, you can divide it into columns and put your texts blocks to each of them.
