Popups not working

Hi,

I made A HTML block named “Category Popup” and put in it a popup with wp backery and set the popup contents to be the content of a advanced custom field.
But everytime i click it it comes up empty.

Also can you position the popup link to be just below product category Description. Just above the breadcrumbs on product category pages

I have visited the URLs you provided and logged in to your website. It seems that you are using ACF to display the fields inside the popup.

Unfortunately, we could not help you with this because it is a third party plugin issue and this is out of our scope.

So ACF Advanced Custom Fields in product categories is not working no matter how i add them they dont show. But my ACF fields for products show on products okay.

So your theme not compatible with ACF fields in product category descriptions area?

As I mentioned in my previous reply this is a third party plugin issue and it is out of our theme scope.

Because we haven’t tested our theme with the ACF plugin. You can try contacting ACF support for this.
