Hi, I use Polylang as a translation plugin (yes, I understand that it is desirable to use WPML, but it only has a paid option and I am used to Polylang). So, According to the logic of using Polylang plugin, each page has its own synchronized page with a translation into another language. And my problem is, that the Projects (translated) page does not display the projects I translated . This is just a simple blank page without content, although according to the logic of polylang, this page should be synchronized with the original one. The original page (without translation) displays everything as it should.

    Hi,
there are no problems with single project pages translation, there is a problem with the main Portfolio page (where
all single project pages are displayed).
Here screenshot how RU version Project page looks like :

Original language version page (no problems):

Currently, it works like this : On the same page, different content is displayed according to the selected language. But there should be two different Portfolio pages for the Ukrainian language and a separate page for the Russian language (separate URL). So it’s hard to explain, but this is the specifics of the Polylang plugin πŸ™‚
I need the ability to display Portfolio content on one more page . By the way, thanks for your help πŸ™‚

    Hi devnoul,

First of all, take my apologies for the delay in answering because of the weekend.

    Thanks for the screenshots.

In this screenshot, the portfolyo slug should be portfolio https://prnt.sc/iD2QLVB7xx-v, then it works well https://prnt.sc/V16yHH8wKTiC

    Hi devnoul,

Translate slug is currently available in Pro version https://polylang.pro/doc/translating-urls-slugs/ and Polylang is not fully supported.

You would better use WPML plugin it is fully compatible with WoodMart.

Listen, I don’t need to translate slugs, I need to display the portfolio on one more page, how can I do that?

You would better use WPML plugin it is fully compatible with WoodMart.

I don’t want to sound rude, but I’ve said this from the beginning that I don’t want and can’t use WPML for this site. This advice simply does not make sense, and only annoys. thanks for understanding

    Hi devnoul,

    Sorry for the inconveniences.

Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    Regards,
