Possible issue on color swatch images

Good evening, it seems to be an issue activating the “Change product image on attribute click” option:
for some variable products is ok the color image change on the product archive and not on the product page, for others is ok on product page and not on the archive.

I give you an example using screenshot.

We found something maybe: all products with problem has more than 15 variables.
We cloned a product with the issue (20 variants actives), erased some options and with 15 variants it’s all ok!
