Possible to change to gutenberg

Hi guys. I´m starting to build a new website.

I have Elementor, but I just read you are developping Woodmart with Elementor.
Can We change from a Woodmart site made with Elementor to use just with Gutenberg?

Cause if not, maybe we gonna wait until the gutenberg option is release.

Thank you for your question. Yes, you can migrate from Elementor to Gutenberg in the future. But all the content made with Elementor should be recreated with Gutenberg manually.

If I use Elementor now (instead WP Bakery) .. the template will have pages and sections made with Elementor.
So .. I´ll need to change the whole theme ?

Or maybe I ´ll need to change JUST the pages or layout that I will create?

If you are using Elementor to create pages and layouts, you will need to recreate them using Gutenberg. You don’t need to change the whole theme.

Ok, lets say also in a different way just to be sure:

So.. if I use the theme with Elementor exactly as is coming from Xtemos and I dont make any change, then it will be possible to “migrate” the theme to Gutenberg easily. Thats correct?

Yes, you can just change the main builder in Theme Settings, and then you can create pages with Gutenberg. After this, the Elementor plugin can be uninstalled completely.
