Post layout issues after updating theme
-
Updating the theme to v7.4.1 has affected the layout of the post grids, especially the padding of each post.
Noticed there’s an error upon viewing the inspect tool: cannot call methods on isotope prior to initialization; attempted to call ‘layout’ isotope-bundle.min.js?ver=7.4.0
Do refer to my website link for the error page
Hello,
Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme, switch to the parent theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder
Thank you in advance
The post layout page had no issues when it was using Woodmart v7.3.4. The issue only persists when the theme was updated to v7.4.0/7.4.1. I’ve since downgraded the Woodmart theme on my live site and created a staging site with the latest Woodmart theme. Kindly see below for the credentials to the staging site. Appreciate your help!

Done. Kindly enter the URL in your window instead of accessing any page links via admin dashboard – if you face any redirection to our live site (1st…) instead of (staging.first…). I’ve included the URLs with the blog layout issue below.
I noticed the issue is fixed when parent theme is being used. I have some customisations that require the child theme (especially for content.php and woocommerce). How do I move forward if there are any future updates to the theme?

You need to copy this file from the latest version to make sure that it is compatible with WoodMart 7.4.1. Then you can apply all your customizations from scratch and see how it works.
Kind Regards
Thanks for your help, have since copied over the latest content.php file and added it to the child theme, after updating to the latest version. It is working again.
Great, you are welcome! Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
