I have few problems after update to ver 3.2 (from 2.9) – mostly with top bar, logos and one of the menus.

Our old header settings were deprecated since 2.0 version and we finally removed it to clear our theme from a lot of unnecessary code. So after the update, our header builder function is turned on so you need to configure a new header for your website. Actually, there is no much work there. You just need to change colors, logo image in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Header builder.
