prb with google maps

I can’t get the google maps.
I got the key and insert it in the settings and the theme customizer but i get an error.

You are Most Welcome. Unfortunately there is no such option available in theme settings to add location instead of longitude and latitude.

It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
