Pre-built theme issue

I just installed the prebuilt theme from the Woodmart plugin. However, the page layout is not correct and the slides and widgets does not show appropriately. We tried to delete the pre-built theme and add again or add another theme, the issue still happens. I can see that the products and images are imported successfully.

No worries. I just deactivated some third-party plugins, and re-installed the theme. It works fine.
