    Hello,

I purchased the WoodMart theme and am trying to configure my website using the pre-built sites offered by the theme, but I’m running into a lot of problems.
For example, I used the pre-built “Pottery” site, and none of the pages (without any modifications on my part) work, and everything seems to be displayed as text or empty. I’ve attached screenshots to illustrate my problem.
I’ve also attached my WordPress configuration, which doesn’t seem to have any issues.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi,

I am running the website on localhost because it is a development website. I can not provide you access.
Do you have any idea to explain what’s happen?

    Hello,

Please try to deactivate the third-party plugins not related to the theme and import the demo again.

Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already, it will conflict with your existing posts, and most of the content will not be imported correctly.

Also make sure Recommended PHP configuration limits meets the installation requirements.

It is a fresh install created just to test your theme, so everything I have only required plugins and I already applied your recommendation…
If your theme doesn’t work, how can I ask a refund?

    Hello,

Sorry to say it is not our theme issue. It would be best to move your website to a live domain. Once it’s live, you can share the site access with us, and we’ll check and import the demo on your site.

Maybe you are using a nulled version of the theme. I recommend you first delete the theme completely, then, download the fresh version of the theme from the Themeforest account and go to Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme and activate it, and check how it works.

You can find the form to request a refund on ThemeForest here https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new

    Best Regards,
