Prebuilt Jewellery Template Looks Broken After Import

I’m using the Woodmart theme and imported the jewellery prebuilt demo, but the layout looks broken — large white spaces, missing images, and plain text like in the screenshot below.

Most likely, some 3rd party plugins affect the correct importing. So try to reimport content without 3rd party plugins or send me access so I can try to do it on your end.

It seems the issue is not caused by plugins. I’m not sure how to re-import the template properly. I’ve attached my WordPress admin and FTP access information below. Could you please help me with the re-import process directly?

I left only the plugins that come with the theme installation. Then reimport the content via WoodMart -> Prebuild websites. As a result, the import was correct.
