Prebuilt Site DOMDocument error but extensions present

I am trying to install a prebuilt site, but it states DOMDocument isn’t enabled. I confirmed XML and dom are compiled modules on the server. PHP Version 8.3, also tested with 8.1 no difference.
Woodmart -> Status indicates DOMDocument isn’t present. But if I test using the PHP class_exists method, DOMDocument is available.
