Hello, when I activate the Decor in Prebuilt websites, no pages are opened. I wait for several minutes but it won’t load. When I talk to the hosting company, they say that there is no problem. Even the logo does not change when I try to edit the website without activating the Demo.

Because of that, you can’t do anything including our dummy content import. Please, check this with your hosting provider first. It should load in 1-2s at most.
