Prebuilt Website Import Error

    I’m getting this message when I try and import the Megamarket prebuilt website:

    AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.

    I disabled all plugins except for Slider Revolution, WooCommerce, Woodmart Core, and WPBakery Page Builder. I tried the import again but got the same message.

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.
