Prebuilt website layout is different

I downloaded a prebuilt website but when viewing it on my laptop it shows the “mobile layout” instead of the desktop layout. I treid different browsers but same result.

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and send us your admin access? We will clean the dummy content and try to import it from scratch.

This user doesn’t seem to have administrator’s rights. Also, please keep all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off.

after disabling the plugins, one of the plugins of a previous theme was the problem. it’s solved now. thank for your help.
