Hello,
01. I see you have not set up the shop page. Navigate to Woocommerce > Settings > Products and choose the shop page. Then the products will show on the catalog page.
02.It is not possible to add a pop-up in the custom button. Try to create an HTML block and use the Popup widget in the page builder, and choose the content in the form of an HTML Block which you want to show on button click: https://ibb.co/3fS9R0M

suzdalevaParticipantHello! For some reason, instead of a thank you page after placing an order, I get a 404 page.

suzdalevaParticipantHow to restore the thank you page that was originally in the theme, not the one created via the layout
April 6, 2026 at 3:49 pm #715239Hello,
Please edit the checkout page and define the checkout shortcode in the page:
[woocommerce_checkout]and check how it works.Best Regards

suzdalevaParticipantI don’t understand where to insert the shortcode. The thank you page doesn’t appear after I place an order, but the order process itself works.
April 7, 2026 at 8:51 am #715300Hello,
You are editing the “
place an order” page with Elementor, Please switch to WordPress editor mode and define the shortcode in this page “[woocommerce_checkout]” and check the issue.Best Regards

suzdalevaParticipantI did this, converted the thank you page layout after the order to WordPress format and inserted a shortcode into the text field, but it didn’t help.
April 7, 2026 at 3:02 pm #715347Hello,
Your issue has been resolved. Please check back your site and check the issue after completely clearing the cache.

suzdalevaParticipantYes, thank you! It works, but what was the reason?

suzdalevaParticipantCould you please tell me if there’s a setting in the theme that would prevent an order from being placed unless a certain amount is reached? Or is this only possible with third-party plugins?
April 9, 2026 at 11:50 am #715534Hello,
Unfortunately, there is no such option by default in WoodMart and WooCommerce. You need to find a third-party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.

suzdalevaParticipantHello! I’m having some kind of problem with my site. All my windows on the pages are blurred out. The hosting company tells me to contact the theme developer, but they couldn’t solve the problem. I don’t understand why this happened. The last thing I did was install patch ID 718547, but maybe it’s something else, maybe some plugin is messing things up. Please help. I’m attaching screenshots.

Please try to clear all types of cache (browser, server, CDN), and double-check the issue.

suzdalevaParticipantHello, Aizaz Imtiaz Awan! Yesterday, my hosting service did what you asked, resetting the cache. Nothing changed. Here’s how it works: I have a main site, for-education.ru, and a test site, test.for-education.ru. Everything’s fine on the test site, but there’s some kind of error on the main site. I opened the main site in other browsers, on another computer, and on a smartphone, and everything is the same: stretched columns, fonts, and the layout is incorrect.
