aaron-kuoParticipantDear Woodmart Support Team,
Despite following the standard procedure for importing the theme template, I am unable to accurately display the content as shown in the demo. The homepage appears almost empty. Upon inspecting the Media Library, I have noticed that the demo images have been successfully uploaded to the library. To troubleshoot, I have already deactivated all non-essential plugins, thinking it might resolve the issue, but unfortunately, it didn’t bring any change.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please try to deactivate the third party plugins and import the demo again.
Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already it will conflict with your existing posts and most of the content will not be imported correctly.
If the issue remains then They may be caused by low PHP configuration limits. In this case, you need to increase some values.
memory_limit 128M
post_max_size 64M
upload_max_filesize 64M
max_execution_time 180
max_input_vars 10000Best Regards.

aaron-kuoParticipantHi
Currently, I have only enabled the four essential plugins required for the operation and import process: Elementor, WooCommerce, Woodmart Core, and Slider Revolution. These plugins are necessary as they need to be activated for the import process.
Additionally, I have already cleared all existing content from my pages to avoid any potential conflicts with the demo content. The only remaining items are product images within the Media Library.
Regarding the PHP configuration, I have ensured that all the required settings meet the recommended values you provided.

DefaultParticipantHey, can you share how you fixed this? I’m dealing with the same problem while trying to install the demo, the homepage looks messed up. My installation is fresh, just three pages carried over from the old theme, and I’ve ditched all the old plugins. Do I really need to start over, or is there a way to sort this out?

Please try to deactivate the third party plugins and import the demo again. Also switch the child theme to parent theme.
